Base fee:

1. Regular member – $125.00
10. Student with convention
2. Student member – $45.00
3. Sustaining member
4. Institutional member
5. Non-member – $225.00
6. Non-member student – $50.00
7. One-day pass – $30.00
8. MEA banquet – $50.00
For those planning to attend the banquet, there will be an additional meal charge. The banquet will be at the Players Club in New York.
9. Banquet guest – $70.00
We have space for a limited number of guests to the banquet.

Registration costs are as follows:

MEA regular member: $125
Student member: $45
Non-member: $225
Non-member student: $50
MEA Banquet requires an added $50 payment for members

Discounted early registration rates are available for members until May 22. In order to ensure they’ll be included in the program, presenters should register by April 30.

Convention registration entitles you to attend all convention panels, plenaries, and special sessions. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sustaining and Institutional members don’t have to pay for the convention, but they still must register for it here.

All convention participants and attendees are encouraged to join the MEA.
